How "data versed" are you?

Updated: May 30, 2023

Key to driving your business forward with a data mindset is to be versed in the language of data. We’re not talking about technical or coding skills of a data scientist, but the language of what data means to your business.

By being able to ask the right questions from data and translating the insight to make informed data-driven business decisions.

Understanding the underlying data, what is available and how the data can or has been analysed to be able to derive maximum value from it.

This is data literacy.

Being able to confidently and communicate and make decisions using data in context.

We believe that data literacy is one of the key components to becoming data-driven as an organisation and to move data from purely being a technical focus to a business asset.
